With over 7000 nerve endings in each foot, connecting through our nervous system & meridian lines, Reflexology helps break down ‘crystal’ toxin blockage. With gravity naturally pulling us downwards, toxins follow & affect our nervous system.

Through pressure points, we help clear and release these affected areas. Tiffany has used this ancient method to heal various clients with concerns including sleep patterns, hormone imbalances, headaches, body aches, digestive problems, immunity boosting, improved circulation, respiratory problems, lymphatic drainage and many more.
